What should I wear?

The client will remain fully dressed, so whatever makes you feel comfortable, safe and ready to relax.

How long is a session?

Each session is 60 minutes, they can be done in person or remotely.

What is the difference between Distance Reiki and In-Person Reiki?

The true benefit of either Distant or In-person Reiki healing is simply in doing the act itself. Giving and receiving is the ultimate act of love, connecting the human and the divine. The benefit of distant healing is that you can stay in the comfort of your own home and may sometimes receive the healing on a much deeper level because your home is your safe space.

Hosting an In-person session for me, as a healer is something that I prefer because I can come to understand the client on a much deeper level that can support them release of repressed emotions and suffering.

How old do you have to be to receive Reiki?

Reiki is so pure and gentle that persons of any age can benefit from as little as 5 minutes of Reiki. Young children and animals are innocent so they can quickly integrate its healing properties, resulting in a need for less session time.

Can you do Reiki on Animals?

Yes! Since Reiki is merely energy, we can direct it anywhere we think might be beneficial! Plants, animals, even televisions!

Where are you located?

I am based in Sherwood Park and have an office in South Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It is located on the second floor of the Aradia Fitness South location.

Is Reiki religious?

Although Reiki energy is spiritual in nature, Reiki is not a religion. Practitioners are not asked to change any religious or spiritual beliefs they may have. They are free to continue believing anything they choose and are encouraged to make their own decisions concerning the nature of their religious practices.
