This introductory class is designed to present basic knowledge of energetic healing practices that can assist an individual’s mental, emotional, psychological and spiritual well-being.  A basic understanding of chakras, crystals and energy healing will be explored through oral tradition and hands-on techniques. The class will begin with a simple movement exercise and conclude with a group meditation. Crystals and other enhancements will be available in a limited quantity for cash purchase.

The class will run for approximately one hour in length.
